Calipers, servos, master cylinders and brake lines.

  • Brake callipers are dissasembled, the external surfaces sandblasted, internals and pistons ultrasonically cleaned and rust removed if required. Resealed and lubed including new pads, sliders and pistons if required. Callipers can be cerakoted, painted or zinc plated.

  • Servos are painstakingly masked to protect the diaphragm during cleaning and/or blasting. They are refinished in a coating of your choice - typically the OE look; epoxy primer and a satin black polyurethane topcoat. Filters can be replaced if required. Typically these are no longer available but I can make them using a material similar to what the OEM used - be it foam or felt. Reproduction OE stickers are available.

  • Master cylinders are completely disassembled and then ultrasonically cleaned and external surfaces blasted. They are then finished in epoxy primer and a satin black polyurethane topcoat. The pistons are reassembled with new seals and lubed with the appropriate factory grease. Any fluid tanks are thoroughly cleaned.
