Power steering pumps and steering racks
Pumps are disassembled and then all components including the housing are ultrasonically cleaned. The housing is then either vapour blasted if to be left bare or sandblasted if to be cerakoted. Pulleys and hardware are refinished with the correct plating. Upon reassembly all seals are replaced and all internals lubed with the suitible steering fluid. The steering lines can also be restored if required.
Steering racks are dissasembled and ultrasonically cleaned. The housing is then finished in a finish of your choice. New seals are sourced and fitted. The rack is then reassembled using replated hardware.
