Headlights

Headlights are fully disassembled including removing all adjustment hardware. If a lens is clouded on the inside, it can be removed, even if a sealed lens, to be cleaned using the appropriate solvents. In some cases the existing glass can be polished to remove imperfections. When replacing the glass, all old adhesive is painstakingly removed from the lens housing and the replacement lens attached using the correct sealant. Plastic lens holders are vapour blasted and restored using permanent trim restorer. Metal holders are sandblasted and refinished. Headlight rings can be blasted and refinished with matching paint. All hardware is zinc plated.
